The Coffee Cart in the Botanical Garden

In the heart of the Botanical Garden, you will find the coffee cart Mundfryd. Here, skilled baristas are ready to supply you with refreshments. With the Victorian Palm House as a backdrop, the coffee cart boasts one of the most beautiful locations in the city.

The coffee cart serves a wide selection of both hot and cold drinks, including delightful iced coffee with caramel syrup and vanilla ice cream. You can also enjoy the cake of the day, prepared rolls, and various snacks, as well as organic ice cream in a cone or cup.

Take a seat at the tables around the pond, relax on a bench in the garden, or take your refreshments to go. The historic garden offers many lovely spots where you can enjoy your food undisturbed by the city's hustle and bustle.

Mundfryd's ingredients are as organic and fair trade as possible, and they only use biodegradable utensils.

Opening hours

Summer: 10:00 AM – 5:45 PM. 
Winter: Closed

Mundfryd serves refreshments under the open sky and is therefore dependent on the weather. 

NB: Until 15 July, the coffee cart is placed in the Perennial Quarter due to the path renovation in the garden.
