New Laboratory Will Use DNA from Natural History Collections to Understand the Future of Nature
A grant of DKK 6.8 million from the Villum Foundation will enable Natural History Museum Denmark to establish Denmark’s first research laboratory dedicated to museomics. Here, modern DNA technology will unlock new knowledge from natural history museum collections. The ambition is to strengthen European research into biodiversity, climate change and other global challenges.
