Botanical Garden
Exclusive hire of the Botanical Garden for a reception or dinner in a unique setting.
We will provide you and your guests with an unforgettable experience in our green sanctuary the Botanical Garden. The Garden date back to 1874 and features the largest collection of plant species in Denmark.
The Museum Café
Perfect for lunches, afternoon teas, dinners, receptions and product launches.
Its relaxed atmosphere makes the Museum Café a charming setting for events, whether during the day or in the evening. The windows offer panoramic views of the Botanical Garden, and the café is part of the museum building.

The Auditorium
The historic Auditorium is ideal for lectures, awards ceremonies and small conferences.
If walls could speak, the beautiful old Auditorium on Øster Voldgade would tell a myriad of stories about the countless scientific discoveries that have been presented in this classic venue. The large windows, the abundant light and the stunning views of the Botanical Garden make it a unique venue for meetings. Guests enter via the colourful stairwell rotunda, decorated by the famous Danish artist-cum-geologist, Per Kirkeby.

The Greenhouse
Hold your meeting, workshop, reception, dinner or product launch in a greenhouse.
Our new, bright, modern greenhouse in the Botanical Garden can accommodate a wide range of small-scale events. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide an abundance of natural light, a view of the greenery and easy access to the garden during the breaks.

The Kirkeby Rotunda
The Kirkeby Rotunda is a magnificent, dramatic choice of venue for a reception or product launch.
The colours of the Rotunda, decorated by the world-renowned Danish artist-cum-geologist, are mind-blowing.

The Palm House Terrace
A unique, historic outdoor space for receptions, dinners and fashion shows.
Dating from 1874, the Palm House Terrace is a beautiful outdoor space, offering a diversity of sensory impressions and a breathtaking view of the Botanical Garden and the spires and towers of Copenhagen.

Currently we are delighted to be hosting the internationally-renowned, critically-acclaimed exhibition, Wildlife Photographer of the Year. With a mixture of seriousness, amazement and humour, the most talented photographers in the world portray the beauty and fragility of nature.
We have a special option available. You can book this exhibition exclusively for your group. We can serve you and your guests a drink and a delicious reception menu, as you view the 100 selected photos.

The New Museum Building
When the new museum building opens its doors to the public in late 2024, it will provide excellent options for meetings, conferences and dinners. Its combination of a brand new building with a number of unique, radically restored, late-19th-century buildings makes it the largest Danish museum building to be realised in recent years.
